Elaine has worked in the areas of wealth management and trust since 1982 and has managed personal trusts, IRA’s, agency accounts, oil and gas accounts, farm and ranch accounts, ILITS, retirement plans, testamentary trusts and estates.
Elaine was born and raised in Plainview, TX and moved to Amarillo in 1982 with her husband and 2 sons.
Elaine has been active in the community and has served as a loaned executive for United Way, a board member for Family Support Services and for the Randall County Appraisal District.
Elaine has served as an alderwoman and became the first female mayor in the Village of Timbercreek Canyon.
Elaine has earned the CFIRS (Certified Fiduciary Risk Investment Specialist) and the CRSP (Certified Retirement Services Professional) certifications from Cannon School at Notre Dame and Pepperdine.
Trust Officer
Kameron joined Herring Bank in January of 2020 and is a proud West Texas native.
Kameron was born in Plainview and graduated high school from Plainview Christian Academy where he led the basketball team to the 2009 TAAPS Boys State Basketball Tournament. After high school, Kameron attended Wayland Baptist University, where he double majored in art and business and was also on the men’s varsity basketball team. Choosing to focus solely on academics, Kameron transferred to Texas Tech where he was the President of the Project Management Institute and graduated magna cum laude from the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
Upon graduating from Texas Tech, Kameron received a scholarship to the University of Arkansas School of Law. In law school, Kameron focused on tax and estate planning and was awarded the Craig Sterne Tax and Estate Planning Award.
Kameron graduated from the University of Arkansas School of law magna cum laude and was recognized for his pro bono work. Kameron is currently a member of the Missouri Bar and the Federalist Society of West Texas.

Bill brings over 25 years of practical, client facing experience as the managing director of Herring Bank Wealth Management.
Bill’s wealth management background includes specialization in the areas of investment management, trust administration, private banking and financial planning.
Bill was born and raised in St. Joseph, MO and graduated with a degree in business management from Missouri Western State University.
Bill has a devotion to being involved in his community and has served on boards for the United Way, American Red Cross, YMCA and other non-profit organizations.
Bill recently retired from officiating men’s college basketball and football after 30 years and enjoys golf, music and travel in his spare time. Bill and his wife, Tricia, have six children and eleven grandchildren.
