We’re here and ready to help

Over the past weeks we have taken steps to provide all team members, but especially our front line retail team members with every protective precaution.

Precautions such as, masks, teller line shields, social distancing, team member rotations, hand sanitizer, sanitizer wipes for workstations and equipment, gloves, training and education, etc.

At this point, we feel comfortable that to the best of our ability proper protections are in place that allow us to take the step of opening our lobbies.

In short, it is time to get back to business.

All lobby doors will be opened and customers will not be screened.

With the protections that have been provided, the wearing of masks is optional and not required. If you are wearing a mask, we may ask you to lower your mask for identification purposes.

We’re temporarily changing our branch operations

Our branches will remain open during regular hours. While some of our lobbies remain temporarily closed and restricted to appointments only, our drive-ups are open to service your banking needs.

What else you should know

We continue to clean our branches, including ATM screens and keypads with EPA-approved disinfectants.

We’re following CDC guidance and asking customers who plan to come into our branches to please:

  • Take your temperature before coming into the lobby.
  • Stay home and reschedule your appointment if you are sick or are showing symptoms.
  • Maintain a minimum distance of at least 6 feet from others.
  • Clean your hands often and avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

We will not contact you and then ask for confidential information over the phone or through emails – such as your name, password, PIN or other account information.
